By using Arkline Estimating's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Arkline Estimating provides construction cost estimating and material takeoff services. All estimates are prepared based on the drawings, specifications, and information provided by the client. The accuracy of our estimates depends on the completeness and accuracy of client-supplied information.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is required in full before work commences
• We accept all major credit cards and PayPal
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated
• Rush delivery fees are non-refundable once work has begun

4. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your estimate, we will revise it at no additional charge. If we are unable to meet your requirements after revision, we will issue a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client project information as strictly confidential. We will not share your drawings, project details, or estimate data with any third party without your explicit written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the estimate delivered to you. Arkline Estimating retains the right to use anonymized project data for internal benchmarking and quality improvement purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Arkline Estimating's liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific estimate in question. We are not responsible for bid losses, project cost overruns, or other consequential damages arising from the use of our estimates.
